“Heavenly Touch”
Our Heavenly Father from above
Has given us people whose job is to love
They are at our sides when we are sick
They know just how to do the trick
When we feel all alone
They make everywhere feel as home
Pick us up when we’re down
Make us smile when we frown
Gives us needed love and hope
When we’ve reached the end of our rope
For us they are always there
When the rest of the world seems to not care
Laughs when we trying to be funny
Makes our rainy days bright and sunny
Helps pull our life together after it’s been torn apart
Always knows how to mend a broken heart
Shoulder always there for when we need to cry
Is the first to wipe that tear from your crying eye
To them we’re worth all that’s lost
They never do count the cost
At your side through the years
Protects you from your darkest fears
When we feel far below the rest
In their eyes we’re always the best of the best
Sleepless both day and night
If with us something is not right
In us they put great trust
They would do anything for us
They’re there to hold our hand
Will truly always be our biggest fan
When ever the time comes to say goodbye
There's always a smile while they cry
They never want to let us go
Their love for us we’ll never sincerely know
Always and forever they will be true
And will never cease to say “I Love You”
They will love us and help us until the very end
They are and forever will be you best friend
Who’s to say you can only have one
When there’s a few that call me son
All of them I’ll never be able to repay
So many things I’d like to say
They are the greatest gift I’ve ever received
In me they’ve always believed
Who knows where I just might be
If none of them were there for me
I am thankful for my mothers
They are surpassed by no other
They’ve touched my life so much
With their warm heavenly touch
It’s the least I can do
To truly say “I Love You”
I know how much you’ve done
And I am so proud to be your son!
